傳感器的高頻截止頻率
高頻截止頻率是指在所規定的傳感器頻率響應幅值誤差(±5%,±10%或±3dB)內所能測量的最高頻率信號。高頻截止頻率直接與誤差值大小相關,規定的誤差範圍大則其相應的高頻截止頻率也相對較高。所以不同傳感器的高頻截止頻率指標必須在相同的誤差條件下進行比較。
