深度解析電鍍工藝與電鍍電源之間的秘密

2、整流器的基本類型

3、電鍍電源對電鍍工藝的影響

光(guang)亮(liang)鍍(du)鎳(nie)對(dui)整(zheng)流(liu)輸(shu)出(chu)紋(wen)波(bo)係(xi)數(shu)要(yao)求(qiu)沒(mei)有(you)鍍(du)鉻(ge)和(he)光(guang)亮(liang)酸(suan)性(xing)鍍(du)銅(tong)那(na)樣(yang)高(gao),但(dan)也(ye)確(que)實(shi)需(xu)要(yao)采(cai)用(yong)普(pu)通(tong)低(di)紋(wen)波(bo)輸(shu)出(chu)直(zhi)流(liu)電(dian)源(yuan),才(cai)能(neng)確(que)保(bao)光(guang)亮(liang)鍍(du)鎳(nie)層(ceng)質(zhi)量(liang),且(qie)能(neng)保(bao)證(zheng)後(hou)續(xu)套(tao)鉻(ge)的(de)質(zhi)量(liang)。
硫酸鹽光亮酸性鍍錫本身就是不易鍍好的鍍種,其原因是大生產中易引入雜質且不好處理(包括四價錫離子)、允許溫度範圍窄,目前光亮劑多數不理想,該工藝也要求采用低紋波係數直流電源,否則會出現與光亮酸性鍍銅相類似的故障。

4、脈衝電源設備
脈衝電源主要是由嵌入式單片計算機等進行控製,因此,除實現脈衝輸出之外,一般具備多種控製功能。

(2)多段式運行模式。鋁陽極氧化或硬鉻電鍍時,往往需要進行反向電解、大電流衝擊、jietisongdiandengcaozuo。juyouduoduanshiyunxingmoshidemaichongdianyuanzezhixutiqiansheding,shengchanshikezidonganshunxujinxingzidongtiaojie。zheyigongnengduiyinggediandushifeichangyouyongde,meiyiduanshijiankezai0~255秒內調節設定。
(3)雙向脈衝功能。正負脈衝頻率、占空比、正反向輸出時間均可獨立調節,使用靈活、方便。配合硬鉻電鍍工藝,可獲得不同物理性能的鍍層。
(4)直流疊加功能。輸出正反向脈衝電流的同時,由同一台電源疊加輸出一純直流成分,更拓寬了脈衝電源的使用範圍及用途。
