1.設備的接地電阻過高問題

在高頻下導線和編織線大都呈現高阻抗性,因此設計人員應當避免應用導線或編織接地。根據經驗,每英寸長導線的感抗為20nH。因此在,100MHz時,1英寸導線的感抗可以達到12Ω。所以,在射頻情況下,應對任何長度導線的采用持慎重態度,采接地片是一個很好的辦法,接地片的長寬比至少要達到5:1。也就是說,對於一個5英寸長的接地片而言,其寬度至少應為1英寸。
2.電纜線的屏蔽不足問題
當設備遇到電磁發射或射頻抗幹擾問題時,一般都會涉及電纜問題,電纜的接地阻抗在這裏起到了很大作用。
“單點接地”的原則適用於低頻,但對射頻沒有多大效果。比較棘手的事情是:youyudianlanbunengzhongzhiyuhuanzhedezhongduan,yincipingbijiubunengliangduanjiedi。ciwai,dangshebeibunengyouxiaojiedishenzhixuyaoweichijueyuanshi,caiqulvboyoushibipingbigengyouxiao。

5.液晶顯示器的電磁發射問題

隨著高速數字電路的廣泛應用,印製電路板中的電磁兼容問題顯得越來越重要,而許多PCB問題可歸納為信號傳輸過程中的阻抗不連續問題。

實用中傳輸線路究竟需要多少根接地返回線路才算適當,這要由數據的傳輸速率及傳輸線路的長度來決定。對於信號一超過100MHz的高速傳輸,建議采用一根信號對一根接地的返回線路,而對於小於10MHz的低速傳輸,可以折中采用兩根(或多根)信號對一根接地的返回線路。
10.設備外殼的靜電放電問題

為了解決上述問題,設計人員可以有三種選擇:重新設計線路及內部布局,盡量降低設備對導電噴塗的需要;重新對設備外殼進行噴塗,盡量避免產生放電,特別仔細地使用遮蔽物,使可能產生放電的縫隙得到保護。
